Your postpartum care is essential to your recovery after birth. The more thoughtfully you plan for this time, the more supported and manageable it will feel. As doulas, we’re part of your village, here to nourish, support, and hold you through one of life’s most tender transitions.

Rates start at $42/hour
Minimum of 12 hours in first purchase
Daytime support is a minimum of 4 hours, between the hours of 8am- 7pm
Nighttime support is a minimum of 8 hours, between the hours of 9pm-7am
Receive 5% off when you book 50 hours or more
Price does not include HST
